Privacy notice

EROVYN is a storefront for intimacy technology, preparing collections for the United States and the European Union. For any question about this notice or your information, email support@erovyn.com.

The public site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or third-party scripts, and pages make no requests to other companies. The one exception is a private supplier preview: a brand that opens its preview link receives one cookie, scoped to that preview, which keeps its access for 30 days.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to protect the site from automated abuse. EROVYN does not use it for anything else. Like every web server, the host receives your connection address and browser type in order to return a page; EROVYN does not build profiles from it.

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic and message. The partnership form collects your work email, name, company, website, role, the countries you serve, your preferred commercial model, catalogue size, United States and European Union fulfilment status and your message. It can also take, if you choose, a catalogue link, your selling entity by region, EU VAT registration, barcodes, customs codes and country of origin, an EU responsible person, compliance documents, regional pricing policy, media rights territory and product data format. The launch list collects your email address and, if you choose, your region. Where a product page offers an email notice, that form collects your email address and the product you asked about.

Each form states its purpose. We use what you send only for that purpose: to answer your message, to review a possible partnership, to tell you when the first collection opens, or to tell you when a product you asked about can be ordered.

Contact messages are kept for 12 months and partnership enquiries for 24 months, then deleted automatically. Launch list addresses are kept for no longer than 24 months and product notice requests for 12 months, and are deleted the same way.

You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner at any time by emailing support@erovyn.com.

Submissions are stored in a database operated for EROVYN on Cloudflare's platform, which processes it on our behalf. Access is limited to the people who answer enquiries. We do not sell, rent or share this information.

To protect the forms from abuse, your connection address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your message.

The fit finder saves your answers, and the region control saves the region you choose, in your browser's local storage so you can return to them. Neither leaves your device, and you can clear the finder's answers here at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it and to receive a copy. Email support@erovyn.com and we will respond.

We do not sell or share personal information. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as opted out, which changes nothing here because there is nothing to opt out of.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn that we have.

When this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
